1. These websites are all unauthorized mirror sites - SCT's duplication at these locations was not authorized by me, nor was I ever contacted for permission to use my intellectual property. The unethical webmasters at these sites refuse to respond to my e-mails or requests to cease and desist their plagiarism. All of these pirated sites are very old versions of the original SCT website which was discontinued long ago.

2. I am well aware of the typos/misspellings at these unauthorized sites. Please refrain from e-mailing me just to point out these typos/misspellings. Direct your comments instead to the unethical webmasters of these sites, and encourage them to author their own content instead of stealing it from others.
